Editorial Policy

Here’s how training content, reviews, and guides on this Site get researched and put together.

Real Training Experience First

Programs and training advice on this Site come from real coaching experience, not just theory. Before I publish a program or technique breakdown, I’ve run real clients through it, or I’ve researched it thoroughly against established training science and guidance from certified professionals.

Equipment and Supplement Reviews

Gear and equipment reviews are based on hands-on use whenever possible, tested over weeks rather than a single session. Supplement mentions are researched against current, reliable sources, and I’m careful to frame that information as educational rather than medical advice. You can find more on that distinction at the Terms and Conditions page.

Editorial Independence

Supplement companies, equipment brands, and gyms don’t get to dictate what’s written here, whether or not they’re an affiliate partner. If a product underperforms, I say so. More on how affiliate relationships work is available at the Affiliate Disclosure page.

Staying Current

Training science and product lines both evolve, so I revisit older articles periodically to update recommendations, retire outdated advice, and swap out discontinued products.

Correction Process

If something on this Site is inaccurate, outdated, or just doesn’t match your own experience with a program or product, reach out through the contact page. I’d rather correct it than leave bad information up.
